TRUST! Trust is a no doubt belief that a person will not harm you. Scottish author George MacDonald said, “To be trusted is a greater compliment than being loved.”

I help people in my business to build their talents and brands that enhance and improve the quality of their lives. You have to be vulnerable.

Be good at telling a personal story about yourself.

Surprise your clients and customers with something new or exciting. You must deliver more service, more time more convenience than anybody else out there.

A good example would be the Walgreens and CVS company at some of their stores they waived their delivery fees.

You have to show people you truly CARE about them and their well-being. Then trust develops.

Another good example would be years ago when I rented an apt and after a day of hearing trains rush by in the middle of the night, I decided to call the broker and request my money back.

But nobody would speak to me. They hung up on me multiple times. No trust there.

I also never recommended their service to anyone in my organization.

Keep moving your energy brand, differently.
